Every dot is one email a supporter received during the study year, placed so that similar content sits together. The labeled neighborhoods are the study's own topic labels, and the colours show what the supporter did with each send. Nobody is put in a box. Each person carries their whole history, and every new draft lands closer to some histories than others.
